In September of 2007, Chris, Mandy and a team of young adults came together to launch THE WELL Young Adults Ministry. Their desire was to see a place where young adults could come together, grow in thier love for God and be equipped to face the unique challanges that young adults face between the ages of 18-29.

Pastor Chris spends most of his time at THE WELL preaching and teaching from the scriptures and providing overall vision for ministry. Mandy serves as the Program Director and works through the details to ensure that the weekly service and coffeehouse runs smoothly.
